I have 15+ years of experience growing and leading organizations towards successfully fulfilling their missions. I am the proud owner of Jen Darley Consulting and the Nonprofit Management Group, specializing in management and organizational development, strategic planning, fundraising and fiscal responsibility, marketing and content development, and board relations. Prior to branching out on my own, I held several leadership and executive level positions in the public, private, and government sectors.
My experience includes work with cultural institutions and social services organizations to state government and Presidential campaigns. I am also a Certified Business Coach and Certified Organizational Development Professional.
I believe my diverse work background brings a unique perspective, blend of skills, knowledge, and experiences to the organizations I work with. I hope that I can add yours to the list.
